Complaints and Representations

The Children Adults and Health Customer Feedback Policy and Procedures set out the process for managing complaints and representations to our department, including those that are about services for children.  

Complaints and representations, including compliments should be logged centrally with the Complaints & FOI Team and can be sent to the Team via email The team can be contacted via 01454 865924.

A variety of factsheets about how the process works are also available from the Council’s website.

This procedure does not apply to complaints of Significant Harm, which must be dealt with under the South Gloucestershire Children’s Partnership Inter Agency Procedures.
